How to survive as a part-time post-grad student in full-time employment

Aspiring Digital Marketer-Part-time post gradLife is tough as a part-time post-grad student and full-time employee, there is no doubt about it. However you will be impressed with yourself if you can pull it off and the sense of achievement will be massive (I heard).

3 Things I learned at DMX Dublin 2015

DMX Dublin is, according to their website, Ireland's leading digital marketing conference and a must-attend for every digital marketer in the country. They had super interesting guest speakers this year such as Mike Volpe, CMO of Hubspot or Vicky Godolphin, Head of Digital at Accenture.
However, if you are a student, you may not have the €450 bob to spend on attending a conference. BUT that does not mean you cannot learn something from these inspiring speakers on the day!

Top Graduate Programmes in Ireland for Digital Marketers

When you graduate you have your entire career ahead of you and it can be slightly daunting to choose the right next step. Graduate Programmes are a great way to start a career and the best way of getting industry experience straight after college. Some
Road to successful career with graduate programmes
programmes even throw in a post-graduate qualification on top. In a graduate programme a company takes you on as a trainee in a certain area, sometimes with options to rotate which will give you a great perspective of the business. These programmes are usually well paid with a very high chance of a full time position afterwards, which is why they are extremely popular. Most of them also offer the chance to work abroad which is super to have on your CV especially just after you graduate and it's also great to get to experience another country.

Wacky Google Interview Question - My Answer

Google is renown for having very tough interviews - which is totally understandable since it is one of the most sought after employers in the word. With hundreds of applicants per position Google recruiters   are know to use slightly different methods to test their interviewees.

I had the great opportunity to be part of a Google interview process a couple of years ago. And as I had expected, I was asked one of their wacky questions. There are many other blog posts about the fact that Google's interview questions are slightly different with numerous lists of example questions.
