Complete List of Digital Marketing Courses in Dublin

I was in this situation myself not too long ago. The decision was made that I was going to get a qualification in digital marketing but once I embarked on the journey to find a suitable course, I was struck with the sheer volume of courses available in Dublin.

A couple of years ago this was a different picture. After finishing my undergraduate degree I had considered to do a Master in Digital Marketing but back then in 2012 the choice was a little smaller. Now nearly every major university is offering a master programme and there are several shorter courses out there to up skill.

But how will you find the best course suitable to your needs? One approach would be to research courses and compile a summary. My first step was to collect information about all courses in Dublin and then compare them based on different criteria important to me (yours might be different). I have shared my list with you below and I hope this will help you to make a start.

Then there are other ways of getting insights into how a particular digital marketing course is. One is to go to an event organised by the school or university and network with other students. In any way it is the best to speak to someone who has done the course previously. Connect to someone on LinkedIn who has done the course and arrange a call to ask your questions. Also there are some people discussing this topic online already:

  1. Just to let you know that we are running a 12 day Build an Online Business programme over 3 months starting soon in Galway - and we often have students who travel from Dublin. It is a blended learning approach - 1 day a week in the classroom, with access to online learning materials and tools. Class size will be 9 participants for maximum individual support and great peer learning. It leads to a FETAC/QQI Level 6 qualification in eBusiness. It covers SEO, content marketing, website building, social media and eccommerce. Participants build their own online business during the course, laptops provided - the hands on approach works very well. We have been running these courses since 2011 and have had great feedback from past students. We have fully funded places for those who are eligible. Our next launch event is on 2 March 2015 - see www.in-tuition.ie.
