How to survive as a part-time post-grad student in full-time employment


Aspiring Digital Marketer-Part-time post gradLife is tough as a part-time post-grad student and full-time employee, there is no doubt about it. However you will be impressed with yourself if you can pull it off and the sense of achievement will be massive (I heard).
I am a master student myself currently in the middle of a course in DCU. Juggling life with college and work is not easy but very enjoyable once you are on top of your tasks. Which you probably aren’t always, let’s face it. But what you will learn is to prioritise and make sacrifices.  There are a few little things you can do to help you cope with the extra stress and since I am in the situation myself, I would like to share with you guys:

I was in this situation myself not too long ago. The decision was made that I was going to get a qualification in digital marketing but once I embarked on the journey to find a suitable course, I was struck with the sheer volume of courses available in Dublin.

A couple of years ago this was a different picture. After finishing my undergraduate degree I had considered to do a Master in Digital Marketing but back then in 2012 the choice was a little smaller. Now nearly every major university is offering a master programme and there are several shorter courses out there to up skill.
